David-Michael Grosz, 34 years old, is trained at the Kempinski Atlantik Hamburg. He worked as souschef and chef at the Intercontinental Düsseldorf, Restaurant Rolandsbogen & interieur no. 253, as well as Brogsitter´s Sanct Peter. His admirable capabilities, his eligibility and artisan skills meet the demanding expectations of our guests.

David-Michael Grosz realizes a French-Mediterranean cuisine united with all the elements of the culinary world: classic techniques, creative modern elements, and only the best and the freshest products.
