All above mentioned services are included. Additional conference and presentation technology, lunch drinks, additional drinks and possible special orders are not included in the seminar package “Promenade” and will be charged separately.
Conference drinks will be placed within cooling units right on the table. Coffee breaks, lunch as well scheduled dinner will be arranged in the restaurant or, if it is a nice day, at our terrace at the lake promenade. Gastronomy parts of the coffee breaks can be presented in the seminar room if required. During several days events the gastronomy parts will be varied according to the occasion.
